To cancel an appointment:
Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.

Parking
South Bank has plenty of parking options-
Metered street parking is available in Grey Street and the South Bank area.
Special car park rates are available for Eve Health patients at the Parklands underground car park. The car park is accessible from Tribune Street or Glenelg Street, off Little Stanley Street. Ask the receptionist for a parking voucher, following your visit, which will entitle you to $5.00 parking.
Public Transport Details
Southbank is conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane with frequent and local, bus, train and ferry connections.
For arrival and departure times to and from Southbank phone 13 12 30 or visit Transinfo. All stations, terminals and bus stops for South Bank are within Zone 1.
Buses
South Bank busway station is located at the corner of Colchester and Tribune Streets and alongside 199 Grey Street (South Bank Busway Station).
Trains
South Bank Station is adjacent to 199 Grey Street, South Bank. Cross over Tribune Street, turn left at Grey Street and Eve Health is 5 shops from the corner.
Air train is approximately $12.00 each way and takes 30 minutes from the Brisbane Airport.
Taxis
A set down area is located in front of Eve Health.
Travelling time from the airport is approximately 40 minutes, outside of peak hours, and the fare is in the vicinity of $40.00.
